1. Bookings & Cancellations

• Projects are scheduled only after confirmation and deposit payment.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your shoot may result in a non-refundable deposit.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

2. Project Use & Portfolio

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Royal Elect Studios reserves the right to use video content, behind-the-scenes footage, and project excerpts in our portfolio, website, and social media.

3. SMS Terms

By consenting on our forms, you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations

• Project updates

• Promotional content (if selected)
  You can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Final payments must be made prior to delivery of edited content. Custom payment arrangements must be agreed to in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from delays, cancellations, or issues outside our control. All content is provided “as is.”

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
